Are you an experienced appointment setter who knows how to turn inbound conversations into qualified sales opportunities?

Three Sixty Wellness is looking for a high-performing Appointment Setter with proven experience in high-ticket B2C health, fitness, or wellness sales to join our growing team.

We help women overcome pelvic floor dysfunction, rebuild strength, and achieve their fitness and body composition goals through personalized, expert-led coaching.

Our programs range from $4,000–$8,000, and we generate leads through paid advertising, social media, and organic marketing.

We're looking for someone who already understands high-ticket appointment setting and wants to contribute to a company making a meaningful impact on women's health.

What You'll Do

You'll manage inbound conversations with prospective clients through Instagram and Facebook, helping qualified women take the next step toward working with our team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responding promptly to inbound DMs generated through paid ads, organic content, and new-follower conversations.
• Building rapport and uncovering prospective clients' goals, challenges, and motivation.
• Qualifying leads based on their needs, readiness, and fit for our programs.
• Guiding qualified prospects toward booking consultations with our sales team.
• Following up with interested leads and reengaged prospects to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Managing multiple active conversations while maintaining personalized, high-quality communication.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking key performance metrics.
• Collaborating with our sales team to improve appointment quality, show rates, and conversions.

This is a DM-based inbound sales role. You will not be responsible for cold outreach or closing sales.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of appointment-setting experience within a B2C health, fitness, wellness, or coaching business.
• Experience setting appointments for high-ticket offers ($3,000+).
• Proven ability to qualify and book sales appointments through Instagram, Facebook, or other direct-messaging platforms.
• Exceptional written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology, lead qualification, and conversational selling.
• Experience managing multiple conversations, following up with leads, and maintaining CRM records.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Based in the United States and available to work full-time.

Performance Expectations

We're looking for someone who is confident working toward clear performance goals, including:

• 15+ qualified appointments booked weekly.
• 70%+ appointment show rate.
• Responding to new leads within 10 minutes during scheduled hours.
• Consistent follow-up and accurate CRM documentation.

You'll receive training on our specific services, ideal client, qualification process, and established systems.

You don't need pelvic floor expertise. We can teach you our specialty. You do need previous high-ticket appointment-setting experience in the fitness or health and wellness space.

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation:

• 5% commission on attributed closed sales, according to our compensation agreement.
• Programs range from $4,000–$8,000.
• At those program prices, a 5% commission represents $200–$400 per closed sale, before any applicable adjustments.
• Compensation details and payment terms will be discussed during the interview process.

Schedule:

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Remote, United States-based.
• Seeking candidates with availability during morning, afternoon, or evening Pacific Time shifts.
• Reliable availability during assigned hours is required.
