Job Title: Project Manager – High-Rise (Luxury Condo) / Big Commercial / Institutional (k12) / Ground up – $50M+

Location: Palm Beach County, FL

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead and execute high-rise luxury residential and large-scale commercial ground-up projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project teams, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Lead and manage large-scale commercial and high-rise construction projects from inception to completion
\n
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local government agencies
\n
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and provide regular reporting
\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards
\n
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
\n
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred, not required)
\n
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects
\n
• Experience with steel and concrete construction required
\n
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety protocols
\n
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
\n
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation required
\n
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
\n
