Delivery Driver & Furniture InstallerExpress Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established furniture store in Missoula to seek a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver & Furniture Installer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and setting up furniture in customers' homes while providing excellent service and representing the company in a professional manner.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely load, transport, and unload furniture for scheduled deliveriesVerify inventory and ensure all assigned items are accounted forOperate and maintain delivery vehicles (20–24 ft box trucks) in a safe and professional mannerContact customers prior to departure and provide updates while en-routeDeliver, assemble, and properly position furniture in customers' homesClean and inspect furniture to ensure it is free of dust and fingerprints upon setupDemonstrate product features and proper use to customersRepresent Wagner's with professionalism and courtesy at all timesReport vehicle maintenance or repair needs to management promptlyComplete required paperwork and digital reports accuratelyAssist with additional duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsExperience driving box trucksValid driver's license and a clean driving recordAbility to lift and move 50+ pounds regularlyExperience with furniture delivery, assembly, or similar hands-on workComfortable using tools and performing physical work throughout the dayStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsBasic proficiency with tablets, smartphones, or computersExcellent communication and customer service skillsCompensation & Benefits100% employer-paid health insurance premiums (effective after eligibility period)4% 401(k) company matchEmployee purchase programGenerous paid time off (PTO) package
