LEAD THE CREW. SET THE STANDARD.
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading residential heating and cooling system installations.
- Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.
- Ensuring proper airflow, refrigerant practices, electrical connections, and system commissioning.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and jobsite cleanliness.
- Training and mentoring installation helpers and apprentices.
- Communicating professionally with homeowners.
- Taking ownership of installation quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying installation challenges and communicating solutions before they become problems.
Great installers complete great installations. Great leaders build great installers.

- Has proven residential HVAC installation experience.
- Can confidently lead an installation crew.
