\n \nPRIMARY FUNCTION / PRIMARY GOALS / OBJECTIVES
\nThe Web Programmer is responsible building websites, emails, and banner ads. The position also prepares project documentation for medical, regulatory and IT review.
\n \nKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
\n• Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
\n• Experience with front end development of HTML-based projects such as websites, emails and banner ads
\n• Demonstrate critical creative thinking and problem-solving skills
\n• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
\n• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload
\n• Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment
\n• Convert designs built using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite into fully functional, responsive assets
\n \nPROJECT/PROCESS MANAGEMENT
\n• Expertise in content authoring using custom components within Adobe Experience Manager
\n• Create responsive websites from provided designs and functional requirements
\n• Develop animations, navigation, other interactive elements
\n• Create animated HTML banner ads using DoubleClick Studios and Google Web Designer
\n• Convert email designs into responsive HTML emails
\n• Develop thorough knowledge of department, company, and industry standards
\n• Create thorough and accurate project documentation
\n• Work collaboratively with designers and creative managers
\n• Work well in a team environment and be able to follow department workflow process
\n• Stay up to date with current technology and apply learnings to improve our development methods
\n \nACCOUNTABILITY / SCOPE
\n• Reports to the Senior Web Programmer
\n• Partners with creative team on project initiatives
\n \nQUALIFICATIONS
\n• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
\n• 3+ years of experience building websites or other HTML-based projects
\n• Experience with a server-side scripting language such as .NET
\n• Experience with content authoring in AEM
\n• Experience with Veeva Email and CRM modules a plus
\n• Be able to learn new platforms and processes quickly
\n• Strong attention to detail
\n• Creative problem-solving skills
