Position Summary

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for developing and growing strategic customer relationships within the medical device and healthcare industries with focus on expanding MET Labs testing inspection certification and regulatory service offerings.

The role leverages previous testing inspection and certification industry experience to understand customer needs identify opportunities and connect clients with the appropriate technical and laboratory resources. The sales cycle; from prospecting and relationship development through proposal negotiation and project execution while partnering closely with engineering laboratory regulatory and project management teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with medical device manufacturers OEMs and technology companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Sell MET Labs medical device testing and related laboratory services.
• Develop strategic account plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customer-specific testing solutions and proposals.
• Conduct customer meetings presentations and technical discussions.
• Negotiate contracts and drive opportunities through the sales process to close.
• Monitor market trends regulatory changes and emerging technologies within the medical device industry.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity forecasting and sales reporting.

Qualifications :

Ideal Experience

• Previous experience in TIC laboratory testing medical device or regulatory services.
• Strong understanding of testing and certification processes.
• Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive-level customers.
• Consultative selling approach with strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and technical subject-matter experts.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites conferences and industry events.

Compensation :

• $100000-$120000 salary
