With over 230,000 employees and business partners across 65 countries, we deliver on the promise of helping our customers, colleagues, and communities thrive in an ever-changing world.Responsibilities:Mac/Windows/ChromeOS deployment and supportUser hardware/software/peripheral supportLAN troubleshooting and supportSystems administrationHardware procurement and asset managementCreating and maintaining documentationMentoring and handling escalations from junior and MSP techniciansQualifications:Experience Requirement: 4+ years of hands-on IT Support experience.Communication: Excellent communication skills and professionalism.Operating Systems: Experience supporting Macintosh OS 10.15 or later; Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 or better.Networking: Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.Hardware & Troubleshooting: Proven skills in troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation of hardware; May require lifting or carrying desktop computers up to 25 lbs; Experience with Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenance.Security & Access: Experience with SSO and MFA; Onboarding and Offboarding processes.Systems & Tools: Experience with server administration; Experience with Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.Additional Technical Skills: Experience with scripting, programming, or SQL; Experience with project management.Autonomy: Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision.Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support . Experience: 5-8 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
