IDR is seeking a Territory Administrator (Santa Ana, CA) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves managing operations, facilities, financial administration, and vendor relationships across multiple company properties within the territory. The company operates within the corporate and nonprofit sectors, focusing on supporting regional teams and streamlining operational efficiency.

Position Overview for the Territory Administrator (Santa Ana, CA):

• Responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative and support duties for all company properties and market teams in the designated territory.
• Includes financial administration, facilities management, reporting of operational metrics, contracts and vendor management, and inventory oversight.
• Optimize processes and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of the area offices.
• Ensure alignment of day-to-day operations with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain building support systems and manage procurement, contracts, and budgets.

Requirements for the Territory Administrator (Santa Ana, CA):

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Proven experience in financial administration, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Ability to support multiple teams and stakeholders while balancing priorities and deadlines.
